Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Business Central ERP, including user access and security.
• Collaborate with users and management on system configuration.
• Coordinate with vendors for integrations and upgrades.
• Plan, test, and migrate ERP updates and patches.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, Power BI reports, and Jet Reports.
• Provide ERP help desk support and drive data-driven decisions.
• Document procedures and train end-users.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
