Job summary

Middlesex Community College seeks an Enterprise Application Developer on campus to design, implement, and support ERP integrations and Banner-related applications. You will work across the SDLC, collaborate with IT Applications and business users, and help maintain the Banner suite including Degree Works and Self-Service Banner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field is required with two years of relevant ERP/IT applications experience.
• Experience with Linux/Oracle environments supporting ERP systems and SDLC practices.
• Proficient in Unix shell scripting (Bash), Java, C, PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle objects.

Responsibilities

• Investigate application shortcomings and suggest SDLC-aligned improvements.
• Translate ideas into SDLC-ready solutions and project plans.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues via the Service Desk and ticketing system.
• Support Ellucian Banner suite including Degree Works and Self-Service Banner.
• Assist integrations between Banner and third-party applications.
