Title: IT Development Support Analyst - Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions

Position Summary:

Under the general direction of Manager Applications Development or the Project Leader, is responsible for ERP system support and 1st level ERP troubleshooting.

How you will impact Smurfit Westrock:

Provide consultative technical support/services to our customers
1st level ERP and ECommerce troubleshooting
Escalate and assign tickets to programming team as needed
Assist with quality assurance analysis of modified applications
Train end-users to make the most of the ERP system and Website
Perform scripting efforts using languages like SQL, XML, CMD, CSS, Javascript, PowerShell, etc
A wide range of technical and interpersonal tasks.

What you need to succeed:

College degree or equivalent work experience
Previous technical support/customer service experience
Experience with SQL and Excel, Office suite
Strong familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11
Experience working in a Project Lifecycle managed environment
Experience supporting Sarbanes‑Oxley control compliance
Iptor/IBS ERP experience preferred
WMS application support experience preferred
Ecommerce website support experience preferred
