Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, information systems, or related field.
8+ years in business architecture, enterprise transformation, or ERP implementations.
Deep knowledge of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or SAP S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of supply chain, distribution, and finance processes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business process models for ERP implementations (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce).
Define integration touchpoints between IBP and ERP and ensure data alignment.
Collaborate with WMS/MES teams to align shop floor, warehouse, and analytics data.
Partner with vendors and implementors and translate requirements into functional specifications.
Serve as primary liaison to drive consensus across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
