You will partner with client leadership and delivery teams to drive project strategy and execution across functions, leveraging exposure to multiple client types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience delivering complex, enterprise tech initiatives across ERP/CRM/QMS/WMS/SCM/PLM/PPM/HRIS.
• 2+ years of experience as a project manager.
• Knowledge of disciplined project management processes; Six Sigma or PMP a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise business technology initiatives or transformations.
• Lead business process assessments and continuous improvement efforts related to enterprise systems.
• Develop and drive integrated project strategy and plans aligned with project goals.
• Manage projects within scope, schedule and budget meeting IPM standards.
• Develop and document high-level strategies for accomplishing project objectives.
• Establish, maintain and lead high-performance project teams as the client advocate.
