Job summary

MAP, a leading MAP/WPP Enterprise Solutions practice, seeks a Business Architect to shape operating models and streamline processes for global clients. You’ll map value streams, define roles, enable AI-driven improvements, and lead cross-functional workshops in a matrixed environment.

You bring 5–8 years in business architecture or change management, exceptional communication, and the ability to drive adoption across stakeholder groups while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, social sciences or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Architecture, Process Consulting, Organization Design or Change Management.
• Knowledge of process design, value streams, and operating model design.
• Ability to work in complex, matrixed environments and collaboratively across teams.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and accommodate different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to map current ways of working.
• Map and design operating models, capabilities, and marketing processes.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and decision rights frameworks.
• Develop solutions to support and improve client ways of working.
• Identify improvements and advise on organizational performance and delivery.
• Create operational playbooks, training materials, and adoption strategies.
• Lead workshops with client stakeholders to drive understanding and adoption.
• Identify AI, automation, and data insights to modernize processes.
• Own end-to-end client workstreams with project coordination.
