Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Senior Process Systems Engineer to help define, develop, and implement ERP operating models for manufacturing across shop-floor to packaging. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, IT, and business teams to translate needs into practical, lean-enabled system solutions.

Role requires leading requirements, designing workflows, and guiding production execution design. This position may involve significant travel to engage sites and drive transformation efforts across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
• Five+ years in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or related process improvement.
• Experience with ERP/MES implementations; D365 beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience leading project tasks and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define detailed ERP manufacturing processes for picking, fabrication, assembly, material movement, quality, labor, and packaging.
• Lead cross-functional requirements gathering via workshops, interviews, and value stream mapping.
• Translate needs into business requirements, process flows, user experience expectations, test scenarios, and training needs.
• Partner with site stakeholders to align future-state processes with lean operating practices.
• Guide workstation and production execution design, including interfaces, pick lists, and workflow requirements.
• Identify constraints, labor distribution, and production visibility requirements.
• Lead project activities, assign actions, and drive deliverables to completion.
• Travel up to 25% and 50% to enable site engagement and implementation activities.
