Job summary

Oracle is seeking an Industry Sales Executive to drive ERP, EPM, SCM, CX, and HCM solutions across North America. You’ll translate customer requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with top sales teams, and manage forecasts, accounts, and strategy to close complex deals.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record of meeting quotas, strong communication and negotiation skills, willingness to travel, and deep knowledge of Oracle product families. Remote options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of ERP, EPM, SCM, CX, or HCM enterprise sales experience.
• Proven ability to penetrate accounts and engage at C-suite and line-of-business levels.
• Knowledge of Oracle products or competitors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell business applications software/solutions to prospective and existing clients.
• Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
• Provide insight on finance solutions linked to Oracle’s product suite.
• Collaborate with sales executives to address customer challenges.
• Find technical solutions aligning with customer requirements.
• Travel as needed to meet with stakeholders.
