Job summary

Dmwandh is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to manage ERP-driven service operations, including work orders, labor tracking, and billing support. The role serves as a hub among the Service Manager, supervisors, technicians, and customers to ensure accurate data and efficient execution.

The successful candidate will balance multiple priorities, maintain data integrity, and improve operational workflows while supporting dispatch and field operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 3-5 years in service administration or related field.
• Experience with ERP/Field Service Management systems.
• Strong admin, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily service operations in ServiceNow and SAP ERP.
• Create and manage service work orders from request to billing.
• Ensure data accuracy in ERP systems and proper invoicing.
• Generate reports on labor, metrics, and workload.
• Support dispatch of field technicians and scheduling.
• Maintain customer and asset records in ERP.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency.
