Job summary

Insight Global is hiring an eLearning Developer to support ERP training within a leading healthcare provider's supply chain. The role focuses on developing training materials, e-learning modules, and user manuals, and delivering sessions in-person or virtual formats.

You will collaborate with SMEs to adapt training as the supply chain changes, and track training metrics. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, 2+ years in ERP training (Workday/Oracle/SAP), 2+ years in eLearning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, curriculum and instruction, marketing, communications, or another field.
• 2+ years of experience with Supply Chain processes and procure-to-pay.
• 2+ years of ERP Application experience (Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
• 2+ years of experience as an eLearning Developer using Articulate Storyline or Rise.
• Experience with Camtasia or other video editing software.
• Willingness to travel 25% (May–July 2027).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to drive work forward with minimal direction.
• Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and revise ERP-related training materials with SMEs.
• Create e-learning modules and delivery materials, including slides and assessments.
• Develop user manuals for ERP and supply chain tools.
• Deliver training sessions in-person or virtually to end-users.
• Assist end-users and track training completion and metrics.
• Contribute to training plan execution and scheduling.
