Job summary

Insight Global is hiring ERP Trainers to support a leading nonprofit healthcare organization with a large-scale Workday Supply Chain implementation. You will develop ERP training materials and deliver virtual and in-person training to end users.

Responsibilities include creating decks, scripts, manuals, and practice scenarios; collaborating with SMEs; and delivering end-user training across modalities while coordinating train-the-trainer sessions. May travel up to 25% through 2027.

Qualifications

• 2+ years corporate training experience.
• 2+ years ERP experience (Workday, Oracle, or SAP).
• Knowledge of requisitions, sourcing, POs, receiving, suppliers, and invoicing.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop training decks, scripts, talking points, and practice scenarios
• Partner with SMEs to create and validate Supply Chain training content
• Develop user manuals, job aids, and supporting materials
• Deliver virtual and in-person end-user training
• Support train-the-trainer sessions and training tracking
