Job summary

S&P Consultants is seeking an experienced E-Learning Developer to join our team and help deliver training for Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium implementations across federal, state, and local government clients. You will collaborate with training leaders, SMEs, and partners to design engaging, accessible e-learning that supports system adoption.

Responsibilities include developing courses with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe CC, and Vyond, integrating multimedia, ensuring 508 compliance,

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale tech rollouts, ideally in healthcare IT.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 9+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and/or Adobe Captivate.
• Familiarity with LMS, SCORM, and 508 accessibility standards.
• Video and audio editing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop e-learning for Oracle Health/Cerner EHR implementations.
• Collaborate with SMEs, leadership, and project teams to define needs.
• Create engaging, accessible e-learning using Storyline, Rise, Articulate, and Vyond.
• Incorporate multimedia (videos, animations, audio) and SCORM packaging.
• Ensure content aligns with 508 accessibility requirements and 508 testing.
• Produce documentation and support continuous improvement based on feedback.
