Job summary

TekWissen is seeking an ERP Training Consultant to design, develop, and deliver instructional solutions for ERP platforms, including Oracle CPQ and Fusion. You will collaborate with client teams to create training that aligns with business goals and learner needs.

You will manage timelines, develop materials using adult learning theory, and coordinate with global teams to deploy training, measure outcomes, and ensure end-user readiness for a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in training development and delivery.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle CPQ and training lifecycle.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with SCORM eLearning standards and training development software such as Articulate Storyline, Rise and Captivate.

Responsibilities

• Apply Oracle CPQ and Fusion PPM knowledge to business processes.
• Create training materials using Adult Learning Theory.

• Design creative learning tools for ERP platform use.
• Manage project timelines and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Stay updated on trends and technology in learning design.
• Support all aspects of training deployment, including planning, logistics, and metrics.

• Report progress, roadblocks and plans on a weekly basis

• Collaborate with the Business Deployment team/ SMEs at the client to design, create, and deliver instructional solutions and training.
