Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for our Oakmont, PA area manufacturing distributor. You will support inside/outside sales, handle order entry, invoicing, pricing updates, and maintain catalogs.

Responsibilities include data entry, setting up new customer accounts, researching parts and product availability, and coordinating with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely follow-up with customers and sales team.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in manufacturing environment and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Office and Google Sheets.
• ERP systems experience for order entry and invoicing is required.
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the inside and outside sales team
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Process order entry accurately and efficiently in ERP systems
• Assist with invoicing, pricing updates, and maintaining product catalogs
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and product records
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain account documentation
• Research plumbing parts, specifications, and product availability
• Assist with pricing inquiries and product information requests
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams as needed
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer and sales team requests
