Job summary

Tencarva Machinery Company, LLC is seeking an organized professional to handle order-related activities from quotation through delivery. You will coordinate pricing, purchasing, and follow‑through with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities include managing quotations, entering orders in ERP, tracking fulfillment, and resolving delays. Experience in industrial/B2B settings is preferred; strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, purchasing, pricing, and order management.
• Experience in industrial, technical, or B2B environments is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to industrial equipment (pumps, valves, process equipment, etc.) is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Engineers by managing quotations, orders, and customer follow-up.
• Obtain supplier pricing and prepare customer quotations.
• Enter and manage orders within the ERP system.
• Review vendor acknowledgments for accuracy, pricing, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Track orders through fulfillment and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, and other issues.
• Maintain accurate pricing, customer, and order records.
• Support purchasing, inventory coordination, and supplier communication activities.
• Process returns (RMAs) and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with proposals, order confirmations, contracts, and other sales documentation.
• Communicate proactively with customers and suppliers to keep projects and orders moving.
