Job summary

Tencarva Machinery Company is seeking a highly organized order management professional in Greenville, SC. You’ll handle quotations, pricing, vendor coordination, and order processing to support the full lifecycle from quote to delivery.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Sales Engineers and internal teams to ensure orders are accurate, on time, and executed properly. Strong ERP fluency and supplier relations experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, purchasing, pricing, and order management.
• Experience in industrial, technical, or B2B environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with vendors and managing supplier relationships.
• Exposure to industrial equipment (pumps, valves, process equipment, etc.) is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Engineers by managing quotations, orders, and customer follow-up.
• Obtain supplier pricing and prepare customer quotations.
• Enter and manage orders within the ERP system.
• Review vendor acknowledgments for accuracy, pricing, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Track orders through fulfillment and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, and other issues.
• Maintain accurate pricing, customer, and order records.
• Support purchasing, inventory coordination, and supplier communication activities.
• Process returns (RMAs) and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with proposals, order confirmations, contracts, and other sales documentation.
• Communicate proactively with customers and suppliers to keep projects and orders moving.
