Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking an Installation Specialist to perform ERP software installation, data migration, and upgrades from On-Premise to AWS Cloud.

You will configure application, database, and web servers, provide client overviews, and document results for internal staff. Some travel and occasional Saturday coverage are required, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in MIS/IT/CS/CE.
• Experience installing/ administering apps on Windows Server.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proven proficiency with web servers (IIS/Apache) and SSL.

Responsibilities

• Perform ERP software installation, data migration and upgrade services for Tyler clients to AWS Cloud.
• Configure application, database, and web servers.
• Provide technical overviews to clients on server configurations and installation procedures.
• Document results of service work for internal staff.
