Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. in Yarmouth, ME is seeking a Technical Support professional to install, configure, and migrate ERP software for Tyler clients from OnPremise to AWS Cloud.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in MIS, IT, Computer Science or Computer Engineering related degrees or equivalent experience.
• Experience administering and/or installing applications on Microsoft Windows Server.
• Experience administering and/or installing Microsoft SQL Server.
• A minimum of 18 months of relevant experience installing and configuring software associated with Tyler solutions.
• Strong knowledge of web servers (IIS, Apache) and secured communication (SSL).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test Tyler components to meet revisions and performance standards.
• Perform ERP software installation, data migration and upgrades to AWS Cloud from OnPremise.
• Configure application, database, and web servers with Tyler and third-party software.
• Provide technical overviews to clients on server configurations and install procedures.
• Document results of service work for internal staff.
• Travel for team engagements or client user groups.
• Provide high-quality installation services to large and complex clients.
• Assist training staff on installation procedures and processes.
• Develop consistent installation standards with Installation Analyst.
