The role drives release readiness, cross‑functional coordination, feature‑flag governance, and risk management while partnering with Product, Development, QA, Technical Services, Support, and Professional Services to ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Release Management or related senior delivery roles.
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern release plans, schedules, milestones, and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate activities across Product, Development, QA, Technical Services, Support, and Professional Services.
• Drive accountability for release commitments, ownership, and timelines.
• Identify and communicate release risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Lead end-to-end release lifecycle from planning to post-release reviews.
