Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year accredited college with major in political science, public or business administration, or a MIS related field.
• Or an Associates degree with coursework in political science, public or business administration, or a MIS related field, and two (2) year related work experience.
• High School diploma or its equivalency supplemented with four (4) years of progressive experience in MIS data processing operations; familiarity with ERP end-users processes and ERP administrative services.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll, accounts payable, income tax refunds, and other checks and ACH payments as required, per the division's schedule.
• Process ACH payment data and submit to banking institutions or Treasury Division as necessary.
• Interface data with ERP for transaction processing (import/export of electronic data).
• Generate reports, hardcopy or electronic, as a result of check runs and ERP/STATS processing.
• Maintain logs of operational tasks and update Helpdesk with status/resolution of tickets.
• Record functional errors and consult with technical staff for resolutions.
• Review and update operational manuals to keep pace with MIS changes.
• Resolve user issues regarding data input, inquiries and reports in ERP/FMS.
• Provide end-users with functional solutions and tips for ERP/FMS processing.
