Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with two years of benefits administration experience.
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent with five years of benefits administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate benefits advantages to active employees and retirees.
• Enter data into eligibility/management systems for payroll deductions and plan changes.
• Provide customer service and resolve benefits-related issues for management and staff.
• Coordinate with HR, carriers, consultants, and vendors to administer active employee benefit plans.
• Conduct new hire orientation and open enrollment presentations.
