Job summary

CFS is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Grand Rapids to optimize ERP/CRM systems, partner with Finance, and drive data integrity and process improvements. The role emphasizes analytics, cross-functional teamwork, and user support across core business applications.

Responsibilities include ERP maintenance, data accuracy, and project coordination while leveraging Rootstock and Salesforce expertise. New grads may apply with degree or certifications; no sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a professional business environment preferred
• New grads acceptable pending degree and certifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field preferred
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce experience preferred
• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other business systems
• Experience with Rootstock or Salesforce required
• Familiarity with Box, Box Sign, Zuant, or similar platforms preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to support users of varying technical skill levels

Responsibilities

• Support administration and maintenance of Rootstock ERP.
• Assist Finance with ERP management, reporting, and system enhancements.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across business systems and databases.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Lead and coordinate system-related projects across multiple departments.
• Perform data entry, system updates, and user administration tasks.
• Troubleshoot software and system issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Assist with CRM, content management, e-signature, and lead management platforms.
