Pella Corporation is embarking on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain transformation to modernize Direct Sales Network operations and optimize customer experience, service excellence, and financial performance. You will lead strategic business architecture, change management, and cross‑functional delivery.

The role requires deep process expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to influence executives while guiding large scale enterprise changes across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years leading business process transformation or ERP implementations.
• Experience with ERP platforms like Microsoft D365 or similar.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, requirements management, and change management.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for D365 Finance & Supply Chain transformation across the organization.
• Lead architecture and design of future state processes in Install & Field Service and related domains.
• Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, training, deployment, hypercare.
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to align business and system capabilities.
• Develop testing strategies and drive organizational readiness and user adoption.
