Elliott Davis seeks a Business Systems Consulting (BSC) Director to lead the Digital Practice, guiding teams to deliver innovative ERP-based solutions for clients. You will oversee complex technology stacks, ensure value delivery, and foster collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will drive business development, mentor analysts, and shape offerings while maintaining a culture of integrity and client focus across industries.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems (or related discipline) required, complemented by 15+ years of experience in Business Systems and ERP Implementation Consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with both internal and external clients and stakeholders.
• Experience building new products and services and working across multiple ERP systems.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in contract development and client negotiations.
• Ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively.

• Maintain relationships with clients to renew and expand services as trusted advisor.
• Ensure services are delivered with excellence, on-time and on-budget.

• Oversee ERP implementations and evaluate new service offerings.
