Elliott Davis is seeking a Senior Manager in the Digital Business Systems Consulting Group to lead client engagements around business systems, people, processes and technology. You will evaluate, design and optimize ERP stacks, drive transformation, and guide teams through complex implementations.

The role emphasizes leadership, business development, and strong communication to deliver client value and growth across the consulting practice.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 10-15 years relevant work experience
• 5+ years experience as a senior level leader
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Business development experience
• Strong accounting knowledge: proficiency with financial statements, inventory processes, and GL accounting
• ERP implementation experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Ability to provide solutions to clients for business tasks and analysis

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes and technology)
• Prepare findings and analysis reports on client systems
• Assist clients with ERP implementations and restructure projects
• Oversee transactional flow analysis and complex reporting requirements
• Formulate plan and timeline for projects
• Manage complex ERP and restructuring implementation projects
• Convert records for input into new systems
• Consult with clients on business processes best practices
• Review work and provide sign off on projects
• Attend client and networking functions
• Prepare scope of work for projects and engagement letters
• Business development to identify and meet with prospective clients
