Job summary

ProMed is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize ERP systems and related business applications. You will work with stakeholders and vendors to troubleshoot issues, configure workflows, and improve processes.

The role focuses on ERP reporting, data analysis, system improvements, and documentation, aligning with ProMed’s mission and manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
3+ years of ERP/business applications experience.
Hands-on ERP experience in a business setting.
Experience developing or maintaining reports/dashboards.

Responsibilities

Provide ERP and related application support to users.
Configure and customize ERP/workflows and system settings.
Develop and improve ERP reports, dashboards, and queries.
Analyze data/processes to identify trends and automate improvements.
Collaborate with departments to implement system changes and integrations.
Document configurations, changes, and testing; train users.
