Job summary

ProMed Molded Products, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and improve the ERP environment and related business applications.

You will act as a bridge between operations and technology to ensure systems effectively support processes and provide accurate information. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, software vendors, and QA teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and enhance reporting, BI tools, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or developing ERP/business applications
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system in a business environment
• Experience developing or maintaining reports, queries, dashboards, or other reporting solutions
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and working with users to resolve problems
• Experience with application configuration, workflows, system setup, or other admin tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide ERP and related application support to users across the organization
• Troubleshoot errors, investigate root causes, implement solutions, and manage vendor escalation
• Configure and customize ERP apps, including workflows, forms, fields, and business rules
• Perform routine administration: user setup, roles, permissions, and config
• Develop and maintain ERP reports, dashboards, and BI solutions
• Partner with departments to implement process improvements and automation
• Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of system changes
