Job summary

MedAire is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize critical business applications supporting order management, warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics. You'll partner with stakeholders, vendors, and IT to drive reliability, issue resolution, and meaningful enhancements.

The role emphasizes integrating ERP, shipping, and reporting systems, developing data-driven solutions, and enabling automation across operations. A strong SQL and ERP background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Strong SQL development, reporting, views, and stored procedures.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner for assigned business applications and related processes.
• Provide ongoing application administration, support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues, defects, and recurring incidents.
• Coordinate software upgrades, testing, deployments, and changes.
• Ensure application stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations (API, file-based, DB) between internal and third-party systems.
• Create and optimize reports, queries, dashboards, and data extracts.
