Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or developing ERP/business applications.
• Hands-on ERP experience in a business environment.
• Experience developing or maintaining reports, queries, dashboards, or related reporting solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and working with users to resolve problems.
• Experience with configuration, workflows, or system setup for business apps.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP and related applications for users across the organization.
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and resolve system problems.
• Configure ERP/workflows, forms, fields, and business rules.
• Develop, maintain, and improve ERP reports, dashboards, and queries.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Partner with departments to implement process and system improvements.
