Job summary

ZealoTech People is seeking an IT support professional to help manage and troubleshoot business applications across ERP/CRM, order-management, and e-commerce platforms. The role involves assisting end users, administering access, and coordinating with vendors for issue resolution.

Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a background in supporting cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience supporting business applications, ERP systems, enterprise applications, IT systems, or a combination of application and end-user support.
• Hands-on experience supporting or administering an ERP, CRM, order-management system, e-commerce platform, WMS, or other business-critical application.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-isolation skills, including determining whether issues involve the user, data, permissions, configuration, application, integration, or another connected system.
• Experience supporting technology used by departments outside IT, such as Customer Service, Accounting/Finance, Operations, Distribution, or Sales.
• Experience supporting user accounts, permissions, access, application configuration, and routine application administration.
• Experience working with software vendors, MSPs, or external technical partners to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS, workplace hardware/software, user accounts, permissions, identity/access management, and general IT support practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
