Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading innovator in forklift and material handling tech, seeks a Business Analyst/Proxy Product Owner. Based in the United States, you will translate business needs into technical specs and guide process improvements across IT and business teams.

Responsibilities include collaborating with process owners and programmers, delivering clear status updates, producing requirement documents, and staying current with software advances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 5 years of experience.
• Familiarity with IFS Cloud ERP strongly preferred.
• Occasional travel (15-20%).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Process Owners to translate business requirements into technical requirements and lead improvements to processes.
• Collaborate with Programmers to ensure understanding of business practices and suggest usability improvements.
• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and distinguish true needs from requests.
• Provide management with status reports and updates; communicate expectations clearly to the team.
• Deliver documentation per standards (Functional requirements, BRD, Use Cases, etc.).
• Stay informed of advances in software technologies.
• Act as liaison between IT and Crown business; serve as proxy Product Owner for stakeholders.
