Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) within our IT organization to deliver technology-enabled business outcomes across Sales, Service, Parts, Rental, Finance, HR, and more.

This role bridges business needs and technology delivery, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and enabling adoption. The BA will work with development, data, security, and infrastructure teams to optimize data quality, system efficiency, and user adoption, while ensuring projects align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, analytics, or STEM-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, IT, business/systems analysis, or a related role.
• Experience with delivering technology and analytics projects and/or products.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems analysis or development, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management platforms; preferably Microsoft Customer Engagement and/or HubSpot is a plus.
• Experience in the construction equipment, heavy machinery, or dealership model is preferred.
• Proven track record of executing process improvement and system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering and building functional requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Be the connection to enabling teams to ensure technical requirements meet expectations.
• Analyze business requirements to design, recommend, and implement new solutions and enhancements.
• Define clearly what the solution must do and how it must function for end users.
• Partner with the solution architecture team to address expected business outcomes.
• Coordinate with data organization to align with data governance standards.
• Act as liaison between business domains and IT to drive measurable value.
• Develop and maintain training materials and quick reference guides with L&D.
• Promote consistent system usage and data entry practices to maintain integrity.
