Job summary

GM Performance Power Units (GMPPU) seeks a skilled IFS ERP Business Analyst to support and optimize our Finance-focused IFS Cloud environment. This role acts as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT, driving improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Compliance.

You will analyze processes, configure IFS modules, and support upgrades and reporting using Power BI. Strong collaboration, documentation, and training skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of ERP BA experience with finance exposure.
• Hands-on experience with IFS Applications (IFS Cloud preferred).
• Strong accounting knowledge, financial controls, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze finance-related processes and translate requirements into IFS solutions.
• Configure and support IFS Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Reporting, and Cash Management.
• Lead workshops with Finance teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, and deployments.
