Highmark Health offers the Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk Strategy Undergraduate Internship to gain hands-on experience in enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and strategic planning within a healthcare setting.

Interns will work with risk professionals and leadership to support risk reporting, research, governance activities, and strategic initiatives that strengthen risk oversight and organizational resilience.

Qualifikationen

• Full- or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Health Informatics, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Information Security, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Communicate effectively while planning assignments and resolving day-to-day operational problems with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Under supervision, provide entry-level professional services and receive mentorship.
• Participate in projects to develop professional skills and organizational capabilities.
• Assist with planning and implementing unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
• Conduct research and prepare reporting including recommendations for action.
• Engage in studies or enrichment programs aligned with operating unit objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
