Highmark Health invites applicants to join the Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk Strategy Undergraduate Internship. Interns will gain hands-on experience across risk management, governance, compliance, and strategic planning within a complex healthcare environment.

Under mentorship, you will support reporting, research risks, and contribute to strategic projects in ERM, Governance, and Information Security, while developing analytical and business skills for future roles in healthcare leadership.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Health Informatics, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Information Security, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise risk reporting and documentation.
• Research emerging risks and industry trends.
• Maintain risk-related data and reporting tools.
• Assist with risk assessments and risk taxonomy development.
• Prepare presentations and executive-facing materials.
• Participate in strategic projects across Enterprise Risk & Governance.
