Highmark Health is offering the Summer 2027 Enterprise Risk Strategy Undergraduate Internship to gain hands-on experience in enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, and strategic planning within a healthcare setting. You will work with risk professionals and business leaders to support risk reporting, research, and governance activities.

Qualifications

Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Health Informatics, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Information Security.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to plan assignments and resolve day-to-day problems.
Under supervision, provide entry-level professional services as appropriate to day-to-day objectives with guidance from senior personnel.
Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills.
Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within area of expertise.
Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or proposals for action when requested by management.
Undertake related studies or enrichment programs aligned with unit objectives.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
