Job summary

ERISA Recovery, Inc. in Plano, TX seeks an on-site Experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Trainer to develop and deliver training for Revenue Cycle programs.

You will create materials, manage new-hire training, and lead classroom sessions focused on prior authorization, billing, insurance appeals, and hospital collections. The role requires extensive knowledge of hospital claims denials, CPT/diagnosis codes, and payor contracts, plus proficiency in Epic and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2 years of revenue cycle instructional teaching is required.
• Experience teaching hospital claims denials and related medical terminology is essential.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete understanding of the revenue cycle process including prior authorization, billing, insurance appeals, and hospital collections.
• Interpret ERISA guidelines to determine claim eligibility and benefits.
• Plan, develop, and present effective training materials for Revenue Cycle staff.
• Lead classroom training and development programs within Revenue Cycle.
• Create and maintain training videos to support team member development on detailed topics.
• Monitor progress, conduct post-training evaluations, and update curriculum for new hires.
