Amazon.com Services LLC in Texas seeks an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist to lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety at a Fulfillment Center. You will work with the Site WHS Manager to improve movement techniques and ergonomics, reducing soreness and injury risk.

The role focuses on data-driven prevention, targeted ergonomic interventions, and comprehensive workplace evaluations. You will train associates, embed prevention into daily operations, and support site emergency

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or state certification) is required.
First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping is required.
Experience in an occupational or industrial setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

Design and implement ergonomic interventions based on risk assessments and injury trends.
Conduct comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify and mitigate hazards.
Translate injury data into actionable strategies to protect associates and optimize work processes.
