Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or state).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, AED certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site injury prevention and ergonomic interventions.
• Analyze injury data to identify trends and design preventive measures.
• Provide wellness education and hands-on coaching to associates.
• Collaborate with Site WHS Manager and operations to embed practices.
