Job summary

You will work closely with site WHS managers and AAs to improve movement techniques, provide ergonomic training, and engage associates in preventive practices.

The role emphasizes data-driven prevention, collaboration with operations, and a strong safety culture across varying environments, including outside loading areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or state) required.
• First Aid, CPR, AED certification from AHA or Red Cross required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Drive injury prevention through data analysis and evidence-based solutions.
• Lead ergonomic training and hands-on coaching for associates.
• Perform workplace evaluations to identify and eliminate hazards.
• Assist emergency response and maintain effective care delivery at the site.
