Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Pflugerville, TX seeks an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist to lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety within the Workplace Health & Safety team. You will work at an Amazon Fulfillment Center and report to the Site WHS Manager, focusing on improving movement techniques through ergonomic training and engagement.

Key activities include proactive prevention through data analysis, ergonomic interventions, workplace evaluations, and wellness education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must be a Certified Athletic Trainer by BOC or equivalent State Certification.
• Must have a valid card evidencing First Aid, CPR, and AED from AHA or Red Cross.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead injury prevention through data analysis and evidence-based solutions.
• Design and implement ergonomic interventions based on risk assessments and injury trends.
• Conduct workplace evaluations to identify and eliminate hazards before they cause harm.
• Deliver ergonomic education and coaching to promote proactive health and prevention.
