Job summary

Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team seeks an Injury Prevention Specialist to lead onsite injury prevention and ergonomic initiatives in an Amazon Fulfillment Center. You will collaborate with site WHS leadership to transform injury data into actionable safety programs and improve worker well‑being.

Responsibilities include proactive risk reduction, ergonomic education, and close partnership with operations to embed prevention into daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or state cert) required.
• Valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on onsite injury prevention and ergonomic interventions.
• Conduct workplace evaluations to identify hazards and mitigate risk.
• Deliver ergonomic education and coaching to associates to promote safe work practices.
• Assist in emergency response at the site and maintain safe care delivery.
