Amazon seeks an Injury Prevention Specialist to join the Workplace Health & Safety team in a Fulfillment Center in Texas. You will lead on‑site injury prevention, run ergonomic training, and partner with operations to integrate proactive safety into daily work.

Required are a Bachelor's, ATC certification, and current First Aid/CPR/AED. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping is essential for tracking incidents and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Must be a Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC) or equivalent state certification.
• Valid First Aid, CPR and AED certification from AHA or Red Cross required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety initiatives.
• Design ergonomic interventions from risk assessments and injury trends.
• Deliver ergonomic education and coaching to associates.
• Collaborate with operations to integrate prevention into workflows.
• Support emergency response and maintain care delivery at site.
