Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist to join the Workplace Health & Safety team at an Amazon Fulfillment Center. You will lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety, focusing on ergonomic training, data-driven interventions, and collaboration with the Site WHS Manager.

The role emphasizes proactive risk assessment, training delivery, and continuous improvement of safety practices to protect associates and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC) required.
• Current First Aid, CPR & AED certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Proactive injury prevention through data analysis and ergonomic interventions.
• Lead workplace evaluations to identify and eliminate hazards.
• Develop and deliver ergonomic education and coaching to associates.
• Collaborate with operations teams to integrate prevention strategies into workflows.
• Support emergency response and safety at the site.
