Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC’s Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team seeks an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist to lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety at a Fulfillment Center, reporting to the Site WHS Manager.

The role emphasizes data-driven ergonomic interventions, wellness education, and collaboration with operations to embed safe practices into daily workflows, including lifting and emergency response responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and Athletic Trainer certification (BOC or State).
• Current first aid, CPR, and AED certification required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite injury prevention programs and ergonomic interventions.
• Perform comprehensive workplace evaluations to identify hazards.
• Analyze injury trends and translate data into prevention strategies.
• Coach and educate associates to embed safe work practices.
