Job summary

Intuitive Health is seeking a Program Director for Emergency and Urgent Care in the Raleigh, NC area. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for Free-Standing ER and Urgent Care facilities, driving performance, patient experience, and partner relations.

The role requires 7+ years in healthcare with 3+ years in healthcare management, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA preferred) and an RN license preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred; RN license preferred.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience within the healthcare sector.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare management required; experience with multi-site management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned ER/Urgent Care facilities.
Oversee day-to-day operations, drive operational and financial performance, improve efficiency.
Lead and develop facility leadership and front office teams; collaborate with RVP of Operations, Medical Director and hospital partners.
Manage budget development in coordination with Regional VP and Board of Managers.
Maintain patient-oriented service culture and monitor facility operational metrics to benchmarks.
Participate in regulatory, accreditation readiness, and local marketing activities.
