Job summary

Hahhh in Marlborough is seeking a Unit Coordinator for the Emergency Room. You will perform a variety of clerical and clinical duties in support of the unit, ensuring effective communication and coordinating unit activities.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. This is a full-time position with scheduled hours from 12:45 PM to 9:15 PM, and may have a signing bonus available.

Qualifications

• One or more years of clerical/administrative experience.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical functions for the Inpatient and Partial Hospital Program.
• Coordinate billing/insurance matters with Patient Accounts.
• Manage staff scheduling and payroll.
