• Experience: Minimum one-year working experience in clerical tasks.
• Knowledge & Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; basic computer skills; familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and scheduling support for the Emergency Department.
• Greet visitors, patients, and staff; respond to questions and route as needed.
• Enter orders and chart to Epic; assist with discharge processing and document handling.
• Maintain patient records, fax orders, and communicate with physicians and nurses.
• Keep unit supplies stocked and coordinate with nurse manager on administrative tasks.
