Job summary

HonorHealth's Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is hiring a Patient Care Technician for the Emergency Department night shift. Join a high-acuity, trauma-focused team and provide essential patient care under licensed supervision. Training is provided; prior ED exposure is preferred but not required.

The role offers shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with self-scheduling for weekends and holidays, and differential shifts as applicable. CNA/EMT experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Block 1 Nursing or MA/NA/EMT/BHT or 6 months healthcare experience required.
• BLS certification required; CNA/EMT preferred.
• Experience in Emergency Department preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care tasks under the supervision of a licensed caregiver.
• Observe and report patient changes; document in medical records.
• Assist with activities of daily living, vital signs, intake/output, ambulation.
• Respond to patient and family questions; coordinate with healthcare team.
