Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of healthcare experience in the last year is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care tasks under supervision, including activities of daily living, vital signs, intake and output, ambulation, and care plan implementation.
• Observes and reports changes in patient condition to a licensed caregiver and maintains medical record documentation.
• Directs questions from patients and families to the health care team and performs other duties as assigned.
